A Change Desk from Hable provides an always-on place for people to ask those “how do I?” questions that would otherwise end up as IT support tickets. Supporting people impacted by the change while also embedding new ways of working.   

Delivered via a mix of face-to-face and remote engagements, either 1:1 or in small groups, the Change Desk can be in place for anywhere from 3 to 12 months.

  • We start by understanding where you are now as an organisation, and where you want to get to 
  • We create and manage a Microsoft Teams environment for the duration of Change Desk contract, allowing for the support to take place in the flow of work  
  • Our in-house Creative Services team craft an engaging internal comms campaign to raise awareness of the Change Desk and encourage use  
  • Our knowledgeable Coaches then provide reactive support, in response to questions or 1:1 coaching requests, as well as regular masterclasses and top tips 
  • We review, feedback and do an in-depth analysis of questions, trends and themes
