NYK Group (Nippon Yusen Kaisa) is one of the leading transportation companies in the world. It has been in operation for over 130 years and employs 37 000 people worldwide with its main base being in Tokyo. Hable are delighted to be able to work with NYK in some of their European sites to showcase the variety of tools within Office 365 and with a focus on changing the way people feel about the new technology.
Within their European division Hable worked with NYK to create a bespoke brand for their change plan, by way of slides, posters and other written content built specifically for their company training site. This prepared staff for change by creating awareness, a desire to know more and building excitement for what was to come.
Hable led face to face group training sessions for employees in London, Germany, Italy and Belgium to deliver impactful learning on some of the new tools within Office 365; namely OneDrive, Skype for Business, SharePoint and OneNote. In addition, we provided at desk, one-to-one support following training delivery to maximise adoption success.
We are currently in the process of arranging a series of follow on training sessions which will be delivered online. This allows companies to reach a wider audience whilst keeping costs down and getting some people to join Skype or Teams meetings for the first time.
